2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Reviewer" means a User who submits, edits, rates, or publishes a review.
• "Business" means any company, trader, professional, organization, or entity listed, reviewed, claimed, or represented on the Platform.
• "Business Account" means an account created or claimed by a Business or its authorized representative.
• "Content" means reviews, ratings, comments, replies, business information, images, logos, text, links, reports, messages, and any other material submitted, uploaded, published, or displayed on the Platform.
• "Review" means any opinion, rating, statement, experience, or feedback submitted by a User about a Business, product, service, or customer experience.

3. Eligibility

You may use veritymirror.com only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country to use online services.
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Any information you provide is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• You will not use the Platform to mislead, harm, defame, impersonate, manipulate, threaten, or unlawfully target any person, User, or Business.

If you use veritymirror.com on behalf of a Business, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that Business and to bind it to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

5. Reviews and User Content

veritymirror.com allows Users to submit reviews based on genuine experiences. By submitting a Review, you confirm that:

• Your Review reflects your honest personal experience.
• Your Review is based on a real interaction, purchase, service, or customer experience.
• You have not been paid, pressured, threatened, or improperly incentivized to write the Review.
• You do not have a conflict of interest that makes the Review misleading.
• You are not writing on behalf of a competitor, employee, owner, or related party unless disclosed.
• Your Review does not contain false, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content.
• You can provide reasonable evidence of your experience if requested (e.g., receipt, order number, confirmation).

veritymirror.com may request additional information to verify the authenticity of a Review. Failure to provide verification may result in the Review being hidden, restricted, or removed.

6. Prohibited Reviews and Content

You must not submit, publish, or share Content that:

• Is fake, fabricated, misleading, or not based on a real experience.
• Is written to artificially improve or damage a Business’s reputation.
• Contains threats, harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
• Contains private personal data (phone numbers, addresses, payment details, etc.) without a lawful basis.
• Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activity.
• Infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.).
• Contains spam, promotional links, malware, or deceptive content.
• Is generated by bots, automation, or coordinated manipulation.
• Attempts to pressure, extort, or blackmail a Business.
• Misrepresents your identity or relationship to the Business.

veritymirror.com reserves the right to remove, restrict, label, demote, or moderate any Content that violates these Terms or our guidelines.

7. Business Profiles

veritymirror.com may create public Business Profiles using public information or user submissions. A Business does not "own" its listing, but can claim it to manage business features. We may refuse or modify profiles containing inaccurate, misleading, or abusive information.

8. Business Accounts and Responsibilities

Businesses using veritymirror.com must provide accurate information, respond to reviews professionally, avoid review manipulation (e.g., incentivized reviews, fake responses), and comply with all consumer protection, privacy, and advertising laws.

9. Review Invitations

Businesses may invite customers to leave Reviews where the feature is available. Invitations must be fair, neutral, and non-discriminatory. Businesses must not selectively invite customers, offer rewards for positive feedback, or attempt to control the review content.

10. Ratings, Scores, Rankings, and Search Results

We display ratings and rankings based on various factors (e.g., review score, recency, volume, authenticity signals). These are for informational purposes and do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or financial advice by veritymirror.com.

11. Moderation

We use automated and manual systems to moderate content based on our policies and legal obligations. Actions may include content removal, restricting visibility, suspending accounts, or reporting unlawful conduct to authorities.

12. Reporting Content

Users and Businesses may report Content that they believe violates our policies. Reports should include the content URL, the reason for the report, and supporting evidence. We assess reports in good faith.

13. Appeals

Where Content or accounts are moderated, Users or Businesses may be eligible to appeal. Appeals must be submitted in good faith with relevant evidence. We may uphold, reverse, or modify decisions.

14. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of the Content you submit. By submitting it, you grant veritymirror.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, display, modify, and distribute that Content on our Platform.

19. Refunds

20. Free Trials and Promotions

Trials are limited to one per Business. Billing may begin automatically after the trial ends.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, veritymirror.com is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
