2. Relationship With Other Terms

These Business Terms form part of the legal agreement between you and veritymirror.com.

If there is a conflict between these Business Terms and the general Terms and Conditions, these Business Terms will apply to business-specific matters, unless the general Terms and Conditions expressly state otherwise.

Businesses and Business Users must also comply with:

  • Terms and Conditions.
  • Privacy Policy.
  • Review Guidelines Policy.
  • Copyright Policy.
  • Cookies Policy.
  • Any applicable subscription terms.
  • Any order form, invoice, or service agreement accepted by the Business.
  • Any additional policies or rules made available on the Platform.

By creating, claiming, or managing a Business Account, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of the Business and to bind the Business to these Business Terms.

veritymirror.com may request evidence of your authority at any time.

4. Business Profiles

veritymirror.com may create public Business Profiles using information from:

  • Publicly available sources.
  • Business websites.
  • Business directories.
  • User submissions.
  • Business submissions.
  • Third-party sources.
  • Public registers.
  • Reviews and ratings submitted by users.
  • Information provided directly by the Business.

A Business Profile may include:

  • Description.
  • Reviews and ratings.
  • Business replies.
  • Verification indicators.
  • Trust indicators.
  • Ranking or visibility information.
  • Publicly available business details.
  • Other information relevant to users.

A Business does not own its Business Profile simply because it is listed, reviewed, or claimed on veritymirror.com.

Claiming a Business Profile gives the Business access to certain management tools, but it does not give the Business ownership of the Platform, reviews, ratings, user-generated content, Platform data, algorithms, scoring systems, or veritymirror.com intellectual property.

5. Claiming a Business Profile

A Business may request to claim a Business Profile through the tools or procedures made available on the Platform.

To claim a Business Profile, veritymirror.com may require:

  • Business name.

  • Proof of domain ownership or control.
  • Proof of business registration.
  • Proof of authorization to represent the Business.

veritymirror.com may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke a profile claim if:

  • The information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • The claimant is not authorized to represent the Business.
  • There is a dispute over ownership or representation.
  • The claim appears fraudulent, misleading, or abusive.
  • The Business violates these Business Terms or other Platform policies.
  • The claim creates legal, security, or integrity risks.

6. Business Profile Accuracy

Businesses are responsible for keeping their Business Profile information accurate, lawful, complete, and up to date.

Businesses must not provide or publish information that is:

  • False.
  • Misleading.
  • Outdated.
  • Fraudulent.
  • Infringing.
  • Unlawful.
  • Deceptive.
  • Confusingly similar to another business.
  • Designed to manipulate users, reviews, rankings, or visibility.

veritymirror.com may edit, restrict, remove, or refuse Business Profile information that appears inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with Platform integrity.

7. Business Content

Businesses may submit or upload Business Content where the Platform allows it.

By submitting Business Content, the Business confirms that:

  • It owns the Business Content, or
  • It has permission to use and publish the Business Content, or
  • It has another lawful basis to submit the Business Content.

Business Content must not:

  • Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, database, or other third-party rights.
  • Include false or misleading claims.
  • Contain unlawful, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content.
  • Contain malware, phishing links, spam, or deceptive links.
  • Include confidential or personal information without a lawful basis.
  • Misrepresent the Business, its products, services, prices, location, qualifications, or reputation.
  • Manipulate reviews, rankings, badges, or trust indicators.

veritymirror.com may remove, restrict, label, or moderate Business Content that violates these Business Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

8. License to Business Content

The Business retains ownership of Business Content it submits to veritymirror.com.

However, by submitting Business Content, the Business grants veritymirror.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, publish, translate, modify, adapt, distribute, promote, analyze, and make available the Business Content in connection with the operation, development, promotion, moderation, protection, and improvement of the Platform.

This license allows veritymirror.com to display Business Content on Business Profiles, search results, category pages, review pages, widgets, emails, reports, and related services.

The Business confirms that it has all necessary rights to grant this license.

9. Business Replies to Reviews

Businesses may reply to reviews where the Platform allows it.

Business replies must be professional, truthful, respectful, relevant, and lawful.

Businesses must not use replies to:

  • Threaten reviewers.
  • Harass reviewers.
  • Reveal private customer information.
  • Publish personal data unnecessarily.
  • Publish addresses, payment details, order details, identification numbers, or private messages without a lawful basis.
  • Accuse reviewers without evidence.
  • Use abusive, discriminatory, or defamatory language.
  • Promote unrelated products or services.
  • Pressure reviewers to remove or change reviews.
  • Retaliate against reviewers.
  • Mislead users about the reviewed experience.
  • Offer compensation in exchange for changing or removing a review.

veritymirror.com may remove, restrict, or moderate Business replies that violate these Business Terms, the Review Guidelines Policy, or applicable law.

10. Review Invitations

Businesses may use review invitation tools where available.

Review invitations must be fair, neutral, lawful, and non-discriminatory.

Businesses must not:

  • Write reviews on behalf of customers.
  • Control, edit, or approve customer reviews before publication.
  • Offer rewards only for positive reviews.

If incentives are offered for leaving any review, regardless of whether the review is positive or negative, the Business must clearly disclose this where required by law and where permitted by veritymirror.com.

veritymirror.com may monitor, restrict, suspend, or disable review invitation tools if misuse is suspected.

11. Review Manipulation Is Prohibited

Businesses must not manipulate or attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, rankings, scores, badges, search visibility, trust indicators, or user perception on veritymirror.com.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Posting fake reviews.
  • Buying reviews.
  • Selling reviews.
  • Hiring agencies to create reviews.
  • Asking employees to pose as customers.
  • Asking family members or friends to post misleading reviews.
  • Creating fake customer accounts.
  • Reviewing the Business using false identities.
  • Reviewing competitors to damage their reputation.
  • Coordinating positive or negative review campaigns.
  • Using bots, scripts, automation, or review farms.

  • Selectively inviting only happy customers.
  • Threatening customers over reviews.
  • Conditioning refunds or support on review changes.
  • Reporting legitimate negative reviews in bad faith.
  • Using AI tools to generate fake or misleading reviews.
  • Attempting to bypass moderation systems.

Any attempt to manipulate reviews may result in removal of reviews, restriction of Business tools, loss of verification labels, suspension of accounts, termination of Paid Services, public integrity notices, or other enforcement action.

Paid Services do not allow Businesses to remove negative reviews, suppress lawful criticism, manipulate ratings, or receive preferential moderation treatment.

12. Reporting Reviews

Businesses may report reviews that they believe violate our Review Guidelines Policy, Terms and Conditions, or applicable law.

A report should include:

  • The URL or location of the review.
  • The reason for the report.
  • A clear explanation of the issue.

  • A good-faith statement that the information is accurate.

Reports may be submitted through Platform tools or through:

Email: hello@veritymirror.email
Contact Page: https://www.veritymirror.com/contact-us

Reporting a review does not guarantee removal.

veritymirror.com will assess reports according to our policies, applicable law, available evidence, and Platform integrity.

Businesses must not misuse the reporting system to silence legitimate criticism, pressure reviewers, harm competitors, or overload moderation systems.

13. Review Verification

veritymirror.com may request additional information from reviewers or Businesses to assess whether a review is based on a genuine experience.

Verification information may include:

  • Order numbers.
  • Invoices.
  • Receipts.
  • Booking confirmations.
  • Delivery confirmations.
  • Support tickets.
  • Email confirmations.
  • Screenshots.
  • Contract references.
  • Proof of payment.
  • Other reasonable evidence of interaction.

Businesses may provide evidence when reporting a review, but they must avoid submitting excessive, irrelevant, sensitive, or unnecessary personal data.

veritymirror.com may hide, restrict, label, or remove reviews where reasonable verification is requested and not provided, or where evidence indicates that the review is fake, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or manipulated.

14. Ratings, Rankings, Visibility, and Trust Indicators

veritymirror.com may display ratings, scores, rankings, badges, categories, trust indicators, recommendations, search results, or other visibility features.

Rankings, ratings, badges, and trust indicators are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, legal opinion, or recommendation by veritymirror.com.

Paid Services may provide additional tools, branding options, analytics, or promotional placements where clearly disclosed, but Paid Services do not guarantee positive reviews, higher ratings, removal of negative reviews, or immunity from moderation.

veritymirror.com may update ranking, rating, visibility, and scoring systems from time to time.

15. Featured, Sponsored, or Promotional Business Placement

veritymirror.com may offer featured, sponsored, promoted, or advertising placements to Businesses.

Where required, sponsored or paid placements will be disclosed in a clear and understandable way.

  • The Business has better reviews.
  • The Business is more trustworthy than others.
  • The Business is exempt from moderation.
  • The Business can remove or suppress negative reviews.
  • The Business can manipulate its rating.

17. Fees, Taxes, and Payment

Businesses agree to pay all fees applicable to the Paid Services they purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

18. Subscriptions and Renewal

Paid Services may be offered as subscriptions.

Unless otherwise stated in the order form, pricing page, or subscription terms:

  • Subscriptions begin on the start date shown at purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • The Business authorizes recurring charges using the selected payment method.
  • The Business must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
  • Renewal fees may be charged at the then-current price unless otherwise agreed.

veritymirror.com may notify Businesses of renewals where required by law or by the applicable subscription terms.

19. Cancellation

Businesses may cancel Paid Services through the account dashboard, subscription settings, or by contacting veritymirror.com where cancellation tools are not available.

Unless otherwise stated:

veritymirror.com may restrict access to data where necessary to protect users, privacy, security, trade secrets, Platform integrity, fraud prevention systems, or legal obligations.

Businesses must not scrape, export, copy, sell, misuse, or commercially exploit Platform data except as expressly permitted by veritymirror.com.

Where a Business processes personal data independently, it acts as an independent controller for that processing.

Where veritymirror.com processes personal data on behalf of a Business as a processor, additional data processing terms or a Data Processing Agreement may apply.

Businesses should review our Privacy Policy for more information about how veritymirror.com processes personal data.

26. Confidentiality

Business Users may receive access to non-public information, tools, reports, analytics, pricing, technical information, product plans, beta features, or communications from veritymirror.com.

37. No Endorsement

A Business Profile, claimed status, verification indicator, paid plan, badge, sponsored placement, or presence on veritymirror.com does not mean that veritymirror.com endorses, certifies, guarantees, recommends, or approves the Business.

Users are responsible for making their own decisions when interacting with Businesses.

38. Third-Party Services

Business tools may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, analytics tools, email providers, CRM systems, support tools, advertising platforms, hosting providers, or other services.
