These Business Terms apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Review Guidelines Policy, Copyright Policy, Cookies Policy, and any other policies made available on the Platform.

By creating, claiming, managing, accessing, or using a Business Account, Business Profile, paid business service, or business tool on veritymirror.com, you agree to these Business Terms. If you do not agree, you must not create, claim, manage, or use a Business Account or Business Profile.

These Business Terms form part of the legal agreement between you and veritymirror.com. If there is a conflict between these Business Terms and the general Terms and Conditions, these Business Terms will apply to business-specific matters, unless the general Terms and Conditions expressly state otherwise.
Businesses and Business Users must also comply with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Review Guidelines Policy, Copyright Policy, Cookies Policy, and any subscription terms or written agreements.
You may create, claim, or manage a Business Account only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, are authorized to represent the Business, provide accurate information, and comply with all applicable policies. We may request evidence of your authority at any time.
veritymirror.com may create public Business Profiles using information from public sources, user submissions, or business data. A Business does not own its Business Profile simply by being listed. Claiming a profile provides management tools but does not grant ownership of the Platform, reviews, ratings, or Platform data.
To claim a profile, we may require proof of business identity, domain ownership, registration, and authorization to represent the Business. We may reject or revoke claims if information is inaccurate, the claimant is unauthorized, or the claim is fraudulent.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring profile information is accurate, lawful, and up to date. We may edit or restrict profiles that are misleading, fraudulent, or violate platform integrity.
Businesses retain ownership of Business Content they submit but grant veritymirror.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content to operate and promote the Platform. Businesses must ensure they have all necessary rights for the content they submit.
The license granted allows veritymirror.com to display Business Content on profiles, search results, marketing materials, and related services, ensuring the Platform remains functional and informative.
Business replies must be professional, truthful, respectful, and relevant. They must not contain private customer data, threats, harassment, abusive language, or promotional spam. We may moderate or remove replies that violate these standards.
Businesses may use invitation tools where available. Invitations must be fair, neutral, and compliant with all marketing and privacy laws. Businesses must not invite only satisfied customers, pressure reviewers, or offer improper incentives.
Any attempt to manipulate reviews (buying/selling, fake reviews, review farms, coordinating attacks, etc.) is strictly prohibited and leads to severe enforcement, including account termination.
Businesses must not engage in "review bombing" or attacking competitors in bad faith. Such activity is considered manipulation and will be sanctioned.
Improper incentives are prohibited. If an incentive is used, it must be lawful, neutral, clearly disclosed, and permitted by our guidelines.
Businesses are responsible for all activity under their account, ensuring their review practices are ethical, legal, and compliant with our policies.
Use of our APIs or widgets must follow technical documentation and attribution requirements. Businesses must not use these tools to scrape data or misrepresent information.
Experimental features may change or be discontinued without notice. Businesses use them at their own risk.
Businesses must pay all applicable fees for Paid Services in advance. Businesses are responsible for all applicable taxes (VAT, etc.). Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Businesses must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges. Pricing may change, and notice will be provided where required.
Cancellation stops future renewals. No automatic refunds are provided for the remainder of a billing period unless required by law.
Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specified in a written agreement. We do not refund due to dissatisfaction with reviews or changes in Platform features.
Free trials are generally limited to once per business. We may require payment details upfront, and billing begins automatically after the trial ends.
Failed payments may lead to service suspension or termination. Businesses remain liable for any unpaid fees.
We may modify services or pricing. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Businesses have access to data (reviews, trends, analytics) consistent with their plan level. Scraping or misusing Platform data is prohibited.
Businesses must comply with all applicable privacy laws. They must not publish private user data, harass users, or use platform data for unauthorized marketing.
Businesses must protect non-public Platform information (pricing, beta features, product plans) from unauthorized disclosure.
Use the platform in good faith. Do not engage in fraud, harassment, scraping, impersonation, or any activity that compromises platform security or integrity.
We may enforce sanctions for policy violations, ranging from warnings and content removal to permanent account termination.
Termination ends access to paid features. Outstanding fees remain due. Public reviews and profiles may remain visible for historical accuracy.
In cases of conflicting ownership claims, we may restrict profile management until valid documentation (registration, domain proof, etc.) is provided.
Businesses may submit complaints regarding technical issues, billing, or moderation via our contact channels. Include all relevant evidence for a faster review.
Appeals regarding moderation or account restrictions must be submitted in good faith with clear explanations and supporting evidence.
Where required by law, we identify external dispute resolution bodies for unresolved issues. This does not preclude legal action.
Legal orders are respected; however, they do not waive our rights to enforce policies in other contexts.
We retain moderation and business activity records for legal, security, and integrity purposes.
We may publish aggregated transparency reports detailing moderation activity and review authenticity statistics.
Presence on our platform does not guarantee commercial results, specific ratings, or positive reviews.
Badges or profile status do not constitute an official endorsement by veritymirror.com.
Integration with third-party tools is subject to their own policies. We are not responsible for their service quality or privacy practices.
All platform technology, software, and brand assets are the property of veritymirror.com and cannot be used without explicit permission.
Businesses warrant that they have the authority to act, provide lawful and accurate content, and comply with all platform obligations.
The Platform is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy of rankings, or specific business outcomes.
veritymirror.com limits its liability to the extent permitted by law, excluding consequential or indirect damages.
Businesses agree to indemnify veritymirror.com against claims arising from their misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or breach of third-party rights.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use implies acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Melilla.
Businesses cannot assign their rights without our consent. We may assign our rights in the event of corporate restructuring.
If any part of these terms is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
These Business Terms, combined with our general policies and any signed agreements, constitute the entire agreement regarding your business use of the platform.
